Eamee Boden is employed by the Reader Organisation, a charity that wants to bring about a Reading Revolution so that everyone can experience and enjoy great literature, which we believe is a tool for helping humans survive and live well.

Eamee has been at the Reader Organisation for 7 years and has completed level 2, level 3 and level 4 qualifications in Business Administration. We spoke to her to find out how he has found her apprenticeships and Sysco’s service.

Whenever I have doubted myself, and thought that I cant complete the qualification my trainer has always been so supportive and pushed me to my potential, I thank them for that and for always believing in me.

Q: Hi Eamee, why did you decide to complete an apprenticeship?

A: I enjoy the challenges and wanted to be able to better myself in achieving something worthwhile.

Q: How have you found the support from Sysco’s trainers?

A: The support has been 5 star. My tutor has been really supportive especially over the last few months. My tutor realised I was struggling with some aspects of the units so instead of seeing me monthly, she came to see me every week. Whenever I have doubted myself, and thought that I cant complete this qualification she has always been so supportive and pushed me to my potential, I thank her for that and always believing in me.

Q: Describe your tutor in 3 words?

A: Supportive, Kind and Outgoing.

Q: What are the best aspects of learning?

A: The thought of being able to achieve something the equivalent of a first years foundation degree.

Q: Would you recommend Sysco?

A: Yes – I have done a few qualifications with Sysco since joining The Reader 7 years ago. They are a really supportive organisation.
