Sysco provide Customer Service qualifications for businesses in almost every sector. Alessio Stephenson was recruited to become as a technical officer for Integrated Radiological Services Limited (I.R.S) and has been completing a customer service apprenticeship qualification at the same time as learning on the job in his role.
Business Administration is a key area of delivery for Sysco and provides progression routes onto Management qualifications. Charlie McAteer works as a Conference Coordinator for the Gateway Conference Centre in Liverpool.
Charlie provides administrative support and coordinates events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. We spoke to him to find out how he has found the apprenticeship and Sysco’s service.
Sysco provide Business Administration qualifications for a large amount of SME businesses and charities in the Liverpool City Region. Eamee Boden is employed by the Reader Organisation, a charity that wants to bring about a Reading Revolution so that everyone can experience and enjoy great literature, which we believe is a tool for helping humans survive and live well.
Sysco have been working with Prima Group, the trading name of Pierhead Housing Association, Leasowe Community Homes and PHA Commercial, since 2016. The Group comprises of two community-based Housing Associations and a commercial entity. Collectively, Prima Group currently own and manage over 2700 properties in the Liverpool, Sefton and Wirral areas and provide accommodation for all kinds of housing needs including general needs, the elderly, students, key workers and shared ownership homes.
Sysco have significant experience working in the public sector and deliver training programmes to local councils, the local combined authority, NHS trusts and governmental bodies. We have been working with Wirral Council since 2017 to help them implement an ambitious leadership and management programme that has now provided training to over 100 middle and senior managers.
The Housing Sector is an incredibly important sector for the UK, the Liverpool City Region and Sysco. Sysco have been delivering Housing qualifications, Customer Service qualifications and Management qualifications to Stockport Homes Group since 2017, helping them to implement their people development strategy and ensuring their workforce have the skills they need to work in such a demanding and important sector.
