We spoke to Rachel Roberts, ForViva’s Training and Apprenticeship Coordinator to find out how she has found our service and account management so far…
By upskilling our existing staff, we improve staff morale and support people in their desire to extend their knowledge. It also means we have fully engaged and well educated people making good and informed management decisions.
