Collectively, Prima Group currently own and manage over 2700 properties in the Liverpool, Sefton and Wirral areas and provide accommodation for all kinds of housing needs including general needs, the elderly, students, key workers and shared ownership homes. Sysco have been providing the new Housing Standards qualifications to their staff and have successfully ensured learners are completing their qualifications to a high level. We spoke to Lou Colton, Prima Groups HR & Governance Manager to find out how she has found our service and account management so far...

A: I was contacted by one of Sysco's account managers to come in and speak to us about working together as I was new in the role.
Q: How have you found the account management from Sysco’s BDEs?
A:The level of service and efficiency from Sysco has been excellent since we first started working together. I couldn't be happier with how it has gone.
Q: Are you kept up to date with your employee’s progress in their qualifications?
A: We receive regular updates on how all of our staff are progressing and also get regular courtesy calls from our account manager to ensure we are happy with how everything is progressing
Q: How would you rate the communication from Sysco's tutors?
A: Sysco's tutors communicate very well with myself, the learner's line managers and the learner's themselves - 5/5.
Q: How do apprenticeships benefit your business?
A: The latest appointment is now working as a Full-Time member of staff within the business, we have been able to develop their skills and use them to benefit not only the business but the individual
Q: Would you recommend Sysco?
A: At the moment I’m happy with the service we receive and would continue to use Sysco as out apprenticeship recruiter of choice. So that's a yes!
