This half day workshop provides an insight into the issues concerning equality and diversity within the working environment and makes sure organizations are fulfilling their legal duties under the current legislation, including the disability discrimination act 1995.
Action planning session at the end of the workshop will allow participants to identify their own development needs and plan for improvement. The action planning is carried out individually or in group sessions.
