This award is for participants who want to review the equality and diversity in their organisation, who want to identify development activities to implement equality and diversity and plan how to manage this area on an ongoing basis.
The qualification gives practising or aspiring managers and influencers an understanding of the nature and origins of personal values, beliefs, attitudes and prejudices and the impact these have on workplace behaviour.
To complete the qualification you will need to complete 1 compulsory unit worth 3 credits, which is as follows:
After an initial 1 hour induction and a minimum of 1 hour tutorial support, you will need to complete a minimum of 16 guided learning hours within 1 year of taking the award.
