Integrated Performance Management Module

The performance module enables organisations to maximise the potential of their people by aligning employee targets and performance to its strategic corporate goals and objectives. An integrated part of the Learning Management System (LMS) it offers a wide range of features enabling the organisation to establish skills and competencies for the job roles, groups and individuals. It adds a complete suite of competency measurement including performance reviews and appraisals for ongoing development of skills and talent.

Job Roles:
