Who is the award for?The Level 4 ILM award in management is a course designed to give a solid foundation for the development of practicing or aspiring middle managers.
You will need to complete 2 mandatory work based assessments which cover critical aspects of the role.
After a 2 hour induction, you will need to complete 30 guided learning hours within 1 year of starting the award.
Ideally you should be practicing or aspiring middle managers with a good understanding of the role. The Level 4 award is designed to bridge the gap between Level 3 & Level 5, offering progress to people with the right attitude to be a manager!
