Who is the award for?The Level 5 ILM award in management is designed to give a solid foundation for the development of practicing or aspiring middle managers. There is a strong emphasis on organisational structure and function, the responsibility of the role and the importance of communication & interpersonal skills against overall performance as well as being able to make a financial business case.
You will need to complete at least 7 work based assessments with 3 being mandatory, covering critical aspects of the role.
After a 2 hour induction, you will need to complete 88 guided learning hours within 3 years of starting the certificate.
You should be practicing or aspiring middle managers with an understanding of the role and a strong desire to develop your management skills!
