This qualification is designed for senior managers and directors within the business.
The QCF is completed over a period of time, normally between 12-18 months. During this time you will be required to demonstrate your ability to plan and implement strategic decisions for change within the business.
To complete the qualification you will need to complete at least 5 units in a number of mandatory and chosen areas that are beneficial to the role you play within your company. The mandatory units that are essential to passing the diploma are:
There are 14 optional units for you to choose from to ensure that you get the maximum from the QCF.
During your qualification you be assessed on your competency as a Senior Manager or Director by a leading management expert. You will also benefit from one to one coaching and training in areas that are crucial to your development as a manager. The assessments are carried out at your place of work and normally take 90 minutes every 3 weeks.
Due to the high academic level of this qualification it is normally only delivered to individuals.
