Manage your talented people

It's your job to identify, track & develop the most talented people in your organisation. It isn't an easy task; there are views to capture, records to keep and decisions to make. You need to work closely with HR and Senior Managers, sharing sensitive information, discussing plans and captuaring conclusions. You need to collate the information for your talent reviews and manage the activity that flows from them. Our module gives you the ability to do all of these things in an intuitive, inexpensive and innovative way.

Organisational Design and Succession Planning

The module allows you to map out the structure of your organisation by simply dragging and dropping items in to place. You can sketch out new structures for your organisation as part of an Organisational Design excercise, identify succession candidates for current positions as part of Succession Planning or simply produce elegant looking Organisation Charts. All of your plans and charts can be exported to a variety of formats for use in your presentations or distributing via email.

Reports and Presentations

The module also produces reports in the traditional sense, but it recognises that traditional reports aren't as useful as they might be to HR Professionals. So it lets you create presentation snippets. These are small images, snapshops of information in the system, which you can just drag and drop into your presentations. It also gives you the option to download your data in spreadsheet format so that you can manipulate it however you wish.

Fine-tuned Security

Think about how you manage talent and succession information at the moment. A lot of organisations create spreadsheets which they send via email between managers and HR professionals. 4G-HR allows you to improve the confidentiality and security of your talent data whilst also helping you meet your Data Protection compliance responsibilities. Only staff you choose can access the system.
