The Level 3 ILM is a course designed to meet the needs of aspiring or 1st line manager and gives them a solid foundation in how to become a better manager.
You will need to complete at least 10 work based assessments four of which are mandatory and cover critical aspects of the role.
After a 2 hour induction, you will need to complete 120 guided learning hours within 3 years of starting the certificate.
Ideally you should be a practicing or potential 1st line manager with at least 2 years work history. The Level 3 award is designed to help people meet their full potential so the right attitude is far more important!
