The Level 2 ILM is a course designed to meet the needs of practising, aspiring or team leaders who are new to their role. The course expands the skills and knowledge gained through the Level 2; it does this through exploring practical techniques for motivating, planning and monitoring teams.
You will need to complete at least 7 work based assessments three of which are mandatory and cover critical aspects of the role.
After a 2 hour induction, you will need to complete 65 guided learning hours within 3 years of starting the certificate.
Ideally you should be a practicing or aspiring team leader with experience within the role. However, the Level 2 certificate is designed to help people meet their full potential so the right attitude is far more important!
