The Level 2 ILM is a course designed to meet the needs of practising, aspiring or team leaders who are new to their role. The course gives them a solid understanding of the principles and practicalities of a leader.
You will need to complete at least 2 work based assessments one of which is mandatory and covers critical aspects of the role.
After a 1 hour induction, you will need to complete 22 guided learning hours within 1 year of starting the award.
Ideally you should be a practicing or aspiring team leader with a level of experience in the role. However, the Level 2 award is designed to help people meet their full potential so the right attitude is far more important!
