Participants 

This course is appropriate for all employees that have to carry out any manual handling at work, including both industrial and office workers. Under the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 employers are required to take appropriate steps to reduce the risk of injury to employees. This course combines both the theoretical and the practical elements of the subject teaching learners how to lift, carry, push and pull objects safely.
