Who is the award for?
The Level 3 ILM is a course designed to provide practising and potential Team Leaders/First Line managers with essential working knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as a workplace coach or mentor. This qualification is ideal for people looking to move in to a development role within an organisation or as a freelance coach.
What is involved?
You will need to complete four mandatory work based assessments, keep a coaching diary and a personal development plan and reflective log.
How long will it take?
After a 1 hour induction, you will need to complete 36 guided learning hours within 2 years of starting the certificate.
Eligibility?
Ideally you should be a practicing team leader or first line manager; while it is not mandatory to have completed an ILM Level 2 qualification in Team Leading or an ILM Level 3 qualification in First Line Management it is beneficial.
