Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Leadership Mentoring

Who is the certificate for?

It is for senior leaders, managers, key influencers or those working in training and development within your organisation.

Qualification Overview

The qualification provides practicing senior leaders and managers, or those working in a training and development role, with the skills and confidence to perform as coaches or mentors.

Course overview

To complete the qualification you will need to complete 3 compulsory units worth 15 credits, which are as follows:  

• Critically reviewing the  role of the senior mentor or executive coach in developing leadership performance
• Critically reviewing own ability to perform effectively as a leadership mentor or executive coach
• Undertaking leadership mentoring or executive coaching

Course length

After an initial 1 hour induction and a minimum of 2 hours tutorial support, you will need to complete a minimum of 45 guided learning hours within 2 years of taking the certificate.

Assessment

Your assessment will be carried out through work based assignments, reflective review and a coaching or mentoring diary.
