Overview
The level 3 Logistics Operations Management NVQ focuses on the skills necessary to identify the logistics requirements of a supply chain and promote and maintain health, safety, security and compliance in logistics operations.
The qualification is suitable for those who work as Operations Managers, Supervisors or Team Leaders in the Logistics Industry. The qualification also enables learners to develop management skills in areas such as auditing stock levels, improving quality of operations and leading your team.
Qualification Structure
- Learners must complete 3 mandatory and 5 optional units to achieve the qualification.
