DELIVERY MODEL
We work hard to ensure we support our candidates to a high level whilst working closely with our clients to offer flexible delivery, allowing our clients to carry on doing what they do best.
We do this by delivering a fully vocational service, no college release required for candidates. Each learner will be allocated an assessor on a one to one basis, who is qualified and experienced within their field. The assessor will create an individual learning plan with each candidate, visiting each learner once every 3 – 4 weeks within the work place, by prior agreement to achieve the learning plan.
Learners who undertake a Level 2 qualification will have the ongoing support of their assessor up to around 12 months and Level 3 candidates up to 18 months, however every candidate is different and will complete in different time frames.
QUALIFICATIONS AVAILABLE
Currently we are able to deliver Adult Apprenticeships (Level 2) and Advanced Adult Apprenticeships (Level 3) within the following areas:
Our team at Sysco work closely with each candidate and employer to understand their job role and map this against the most suitable qualification and Level to undertake. Most candidates will initially complete an Adult Apprenticeship and then have will opportunities to progress to an Advanced Apprenticeship or even complete an award in an additional area if appropriate to the job role, for example Team Leading or IT User.
FUNDING
As a main contract holder with the Skills Funding Agency Sysco are able to access funding towards the costs of the qualifications for most learners for Diploma Apprenticeships. In most cases we can access full funding, however your Account Manager will discuss the current eligibility criteria in more detail with you.
BENEFITS
Employers and learners both see the benefits of candidates undertaking and achieving these qualifications, some of the benefits include:
HOW TO GET STARTED
Your account manager will visit you to undertake a Training Needs Analysis, understand more about the business and assist you to identify which staff would benefit from the qualifications.
We will then arrange for each candidate to be seen by one of our experienced staff to complete an initial sign up and diagnostic session that will last approximately an hour and a half. Once this has been completed, the candidate has been enrolled and will start to be supported by their allocated assessor. Your account manager will work closely with you to assist with the arrangements and plan flexibly around your staff and workplace requirements.
